it moves the light around your body lol

The sensation maybe is like a warming energy flowing out

The light is from.the Universe

When we.keep practising

 me:  Yes. but like electricity passing though you with warmth, a by-product of light. this is science

bb :  Oh, feels.like abhiseka = feeling.the warmth passing from top chakra?

 me:  electric current like [pins & needles] or [goosebumps]

bb :  Oh

 me:  you can even feel it in your hands n fingers n all parts of your body

bb :  So after feeling it, just let it be?

Or spread it outward as usual?

Charging sensation hor he7..

 me:  that is the feeling you must remember n use it.

Qi moves the light n warmth, so you feel the same electric current moving around your body n to where you want, with good control of Qi

 me:  hahaha! you graduate liao. so go practice 9 steps more

bb :  Oh, thats is how we know whether we already can control Qi / not

Dear all, in answer to Wisely's question: You need to be able to at least achieve Stage One of Samadhi and also have practiced 9-steps breathing techniques well to move Light/Warmth/ Bindu drops around with Qi, your personal vehicle! 

This is someone with a relevant foundation, therefore, I honored my words to sharing special cultivation techniques with those that can show me you have the said foundation.

Even sharing this with all also doesn't matter, as without the Foundation, all these are useless to you. Guru teachings are good examples, they have been around for the past decades and still most have yet to clear preliminaries. 

Why? Ask yourself this question: why didn't I understand Guru's teachings all these years? 

I am good and cultivate regularly as taught. Who is the one that taught you?

Sometimes, it is better to throw away past learnings and start afresh, some where along the way, you got diverted away from Guru's true teachings.

O! I shared that we cannot get fixated or attached to One visualization only, however, this does not apply to moving Light and Bindu with Qi. This is [mechanical] application. :)
