Ice bath

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice_bath]
In sports therapy, an ice bath or sometimes a cold-water immersion or cold therapy is a training regimen usually following a period of intense exercise in which a substantial part of a human body is immersed in a bath of ice or ice-water for a limited duration. While it is becoming increasingly popular and accepted among athletes in a variety of sports, the method is controversial and potentially dangerous with little solid scientific evidence to support or refute its usefulness or to understand its method of operation within the body, although there is speculation about processes within the body regarding vasoconstriction. In medicine, the practice would be classified as cryotherapy which uses low temperatures as medical therapy.
This is a method to cool down a body, however, it is to be use with caution. Please read the full article before attempting to try these out.

I am sharing a method to learn how to enter Water Plane in cultivation. Please also do not attempt if you are alone and without a buddy to watch out for you. Use at your own risk.

Take a deep breath, make sure your tongue is touching the roof of your mouth, slowly sit down in shallow part of swimming pool. Make sure you are upright and preferably in lotus pose. Also ensure that the water will cover your head when you are seated.
Feel! That is get the feel of being in the Water Plane.

Like playing with the Sun & Moon, you can slowly learn how to move into the Water Plane easily and instantly too.
Get up to breath deeply and repeat. Please do not do more than 7 at a time.

This is best to practice when you can do 9 steps breathing well.
Hahaha! Once you can do this well, without getting into the swimming pool physically, you can go practice merging into the mountain; ground; lake; sea; rocks; ……

Remember, must get someone to watch you when you are immersed in water over your head.
I am sharing my experiences and we all differ in many ways, therefore I am not liable for your misuse of any techniques that I shared through any channels.
