True Buddha School’s Central Committee has officially issued Notice about Empowerment Transmission by Vajra Masters.
They have to satisfy the stipulated requirements to qualify. Most common is 300 thousand times of the Yidam’s mantra.
There are 3 categories:-
Can give full Sadhana empowerment transmission for the Chosen Yidam
Can give blessing and mantra chanting empowerment transmission
Cannot give any transmission at all .
However, the empowerment transmission should be done 3 to 6 months after Root Guru has publicly given the same.
For certain Yidams, cultivating 108 session of this Yidam’s Sadhana and also chalking up 300 thousands of this Yidam’s Mantra.

Although this announcement came a bit late for those students that had rushed to get the Forbidden/ Unauthorised Empowerment Transmission from errant masters, they are not aware of the duplicity of the Titled Form.
My humble advice: If you need any blessing or empowerment transmission, be patient, request from your own Root Guru and chant his mantra. If you have True Affinity with that particular Yidam, you will get the relevant from your Root Guru legitimately.
Let me play the “bad guy” now.
How many of you that rushed for empowerment truly followed Root Guru’s instruction to Visualize; Form Mudra and Chant Mantra?
Therefore whether it is some masters or even Guru himself, you don’t get the proper transmission at all!
These also results in your being ignorant enough to rush to get empowerment transmission from masters that are not authorised to give them at all.
Ask yourself, why do you think you need so many empowerment transfers when you can’t do the 4 Preliminaries well enough to Yoga with Vajrasattva & Root Guru?
The current hot favorite is High King Avalokitesvara and this one only can transmit Mantra only and after the master has fulfilled the requirements stipulated by Central.
What’s wrong/lacking with just chanting the High King Avalokitesvara sutra?
We have been chanting this for so long and the blessing is Immeasurable!
Taking and using anything that is not approved or authorised by Buddha or any Universal beings, is considered as stealing, do you agree? :)

The Demand is sentient craving for something illusive in which they don’t know anything about.
Like you rushed to buy a machine because everyone is buying, and you can’t loose out to others. So you got the machine and carted it home and have to find a place to keep it. You don’t know how to use it and you really don’t need it for any task in your life too! Now it becomes junk and you are reluctant to throw it away!

They are all bluff as they don’t know how to share and use because most times, they don’t understand even the very basics of Buddha Dharma.
In Tantrayana, it is of utmost importance to listen to your Root Guru and Trust him and no one else.
Please do not fall prey to those that are unauthorised and have yet to Yoga with the Yidam chosen to give you any transmission. If their “energy levels” are well below yours, they might draw off from you!!!! :)
