[Fashi, now i've already chanting KAO WANG JING almost for 7.000 times.
I have wish to get spiritual responses, but there's no spiritual responses.
What is wrong fashi?
Is what i'm chanting is countless or not right?].

Let me interpret the above First.
He expects chanting the very much talked about and praised High King Avalokitesvara Sutra he will get SPIRITUAL RESPONSES as stated by GM and published too.
He wonders if it is because what he has chanted CANNOT BE COUNTED as chanted or didn't chant correctly.

Insomnia is not his major problem as I pointed out that he said :- "I don't know why this several days i can't
sleep" = not a long term problem.
His
major problem is EXPECTATION OF SPIRITUAL RESPONSE FROM CHANTING GAO WANG JING

How to solve his problems?
1. Mindset - why do you want to chant this sutra and even set a target?
Why do you think that GM don't know of your existence?
Why do you think that only GM has unlimited compassion & Dharma power, and you don't?
Why do you upset yourself by wanting the same Abilities as GM?
Why do you think you need these Abilities?
2. Cultivation - I advice that we all stop counting and dedicate as much as we can chant to all sentient beings. These UNLIMITED DEDICATION FOR ALL WITHOUT DIFFERENTIATION & DISCRIMINATION gives you unlimited compassion & Dharma power.
3. Visualization - I have a few sets of visualization techniques for this sutra if anyone is interested.
I chanted lots when I first took refuge back in August 2008.
This Sutra is truly amazing.
4. Spiritual Responses - Go research what GM said on this topic and those fellow students comments too.
Do not chase this item! When you are truly relax and calm cool clear minded, you can feel Warmth; tingling sensation spread from your top downwards; you feel very "alive" and cared for.
When you are too agitated, you will not feel this wonderful blessings from all the Buddhas and Boddhisattvas within this sutra.
5. Insomnia - When you can cultivate well, you naturally have no disturbing thoughts and unkempt energy to stop you from sleeping.
