In Cause and Effect Law – Sutrayana, one is prohibited to offer meat in front of Buddha. It will result that person be borned into 3 Lower Realms. Or at least on next reincarnation that person will suffer skin problem. <<< So I won’t dare to offer meat before do the purifying.

DL is from theravada previously but is more to Taoist n she is superstitious n must do cleansing after white matter chanting fearing bad karma or she calls "dirty"
nice n simple person but her knowledge of Dharma differs from GM
I encourage students to take Boddhicitta vows n she said if break any precepts the penalties great so better not. GM said taking Boddhicitta vows is making a Boddhicitta wish to succour sentient beings only.

This kind of conception may hinder DL in the future if she keeps on living in this mindset.
This passage from GM actually has the all-encompassing explanation:
[If the practitioner is pure, the wine and meat consumed become pure.]
This is simple but why did DL making a fuss of herself.
Although we know that in the end there is no pure or dirty, but I personally incline to purify first and offer afterwards --- just to show my respect that we always offer others the clean stuff, but doesn't mean that the 'higher beings' have to act similar like us.
Of course they can do deliverance without us performing the offering, but again it's to show our respect and intent since we are making request. A kind of courtesy.
It's still better to incline to the clean side rather than the dirty one while we're walking in the path.
Btw, what is actually the 'white matter chanting'? Is it the act of sutra and mantra recitation and offering white foods and materials for the bardo deliverance?

of the newlt departed. in chinese tradition all wear black or white to show
mourning n respect
in chinese red matter
is auspicious like wedding birthday n etc

GM teaches us to Purify Before Offering!
From my article: Tainted Food - Lower realms spirits leave saliva on food when they get to the food first and most human are unable to see these. Therefore, as a form of sincerity & respect, I would think this is even more reason why we must listen to GM and Purify Before Offering.
GM also said Divinities do not physically eat your offerings but YOUR SINCERITY & RESPECT IS THE KEY.
As Xiaotian said: DL has good sense of humour. Hahaha! Don't eat then no strength to work!
This is very like those that second guess GM's thoughts and actions in my articles: Respect Guru and GM's proprietary rights......
GM also talks about offering to the Buddhas within oneself. Lotus Nino brought these up few months back. It is in my article on Internal & External Offering.
GM gave us so many reasons to do as he teaches, there is no reason why we should not listen to Gm in the first place and trust GM 100%, correct?
As for DL and those that choose to listen to her and follow her ways, their affinities with Dharma have yet to mature.
