1. Set 1 : Step 1 : inhale from right
              Step 2 : inhale from left
              Step 3 : inhale from both

During step 3, when we inhale the light, must we hold the light for several counting at Dan Tian or directly push it up to Crown Chakra? Up to you. 

Then, i feel more convenient if using visualization than using hand to close and open nose, is it okay for beginner?

Yesterday morning i did it using this way and when finish the 1st set, already sweat a lot.., don't know doing it right or wrong, so i stop it.

all 3 sets u have to do at the same rhythm

so if u can hold at Dan Tian for each one, u have to do so for all

in the step when u doing Both, the Downwards to Dantian and then out thru both, u can don't stop at Dantian of the number of counts and just bring down slowly n exhale thru both channels 

For beginners, it is best to use your fingers n palms of both hands to help u keep the breath within n also push to & from dantian

Do it Right the First Time or from the Beginning, you won't regret it.

Especially with cultivation of inner channels best do things Right else you might likely hurt yourself.

Why do I teach u all this way? 

help u to practice Treasure vase 宝瓶气where by u keep the air inside u and move it around your body BY CLOSING ALL OUTLETS! 

There are 7 outlets your nose x2, ears x 2, mouth x 1, anus x1, urinary outlet x1.

While I was sharing cultivation techniques in YY, all of them answered that they know how to do 9steps breathing.

Hahaha! If they can really do this one, as GM said, they have clear central channels n should LIGHT UP!
