It seems that A & B is ignorant of the fact that XX no longer has a company to work for and his executive position is no longer in existence.
Haha! I do not believe that we should obey someone purportedly sitting in a 'high position' without using wisdom to discern whether we should perform as instructed or not.
There are many that like to think that many have to follow their orders because they are 'in control' and must be right.
Complaining that he can't control a temporary employee or fellow worker is actually telling others he has no knowhow to convince others to work with him.
