欺凌（英语：Bullying），又称欺辱，指的是一种长时间持续的、并对个人在心理、身体和言语遭受恶意的攻击，且因为欺凌者与受害者之间的权力或体型等因素不对等，而不敢或无法有效的反抗[1]。欺凌的欺凌者可以是个人，也可以是群体，透过对受害人身心的压迫，造成受害人感到愤怒、痛苦、羞耻、尴尬、恐惧、以及忧郁[2]。而霸凌所带来的伤害往往是不可逆转的。
Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Both kids who are bullied and who bully others may have serious, lasting problems.
In order to be considered bullying, the behavior must be aggressive and include:
An Imbalance of Power: Kids who bully use their power—such as physical strength, access to embarrassing information, or popularity—to control or harm others. Power imbalances can change over time and in different situations, even if they involve the same people.
Repetition: Bullying behaviors happen more than once or have the potential to happen more than once.
Bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose.

GM Lu told us many times that he was bullied in childhood!
Have anyone ponder on why he repeatedly brought this topic up? :)
Last week, GM Lu mentioned that Lian-jie (Discipline) left and the reason being GM Lu scolding. That was hearsay as per GM!
Seems Lian-jie was asked by the new guru that he wanted to study from as to why he left GM Lu.
The new guru said that scolding is good and show that the teacher is concern for his student.
Hahaha!
How much Truth is this piece of hearsay?
Have you seen GM Lu scolds anyone?
The recent Purple Lotus Saga, we see GM in tears pleading for errant students to repent and leave the evil stuff.
He was heatedly explaining the great wrongs that brought harm to many including the perpetuators!
Was that scolding?
I have heard that many left because of Bullying!

Let me tell you why Bullying didn't work with me!
My dad ran a business in Geylang, near Gay World.
We move from Telok Ayer to Geylang when I was 4 years old!
I grew up seeing gangsters from neighbourhood coming and going and also they demand "Protection Money"! :)
There are a few gangs anyway!
My dad always gave them money as he said people must have needs to beg or threaten!
One thing good is that they know us kids too and kept an eye on us, so we come to no harm.
Yes!
Even if we are out late, going home late at night, we are safe!
So the gangsters somehow became security guards! :)

Lian-lai said to the effect that as he is a VM in Singapore, I am under his jurisdiction, if I do wrong, THEY (Admin) will refer to him!
He also told me that because I am from Business line so I am very crude!
Lian-?, said to me that she is incharge of dormitory in Caotun temple, and I don't have to be scared of our common enemy, Fat Star!
I can stay in temple's dormitory with her around!
This female reverend, I have never met before, and really don't know anything about her!
And she approached me at a shop while I was buying food.
Lian-fu, said to me to join her and her 2 companions, and walk around Caotun temple to show others that we are a team!
Hahaha!
So she wants to show that I am under her wing or she is being protected by me?
Hilarious!

I have already said that I have no interest in anything that you are after!
So nothing to use to threaten me or bully me!
Ignorance caused you to keep rolling in the Sentient Mud chasing elusives that somehow always out of your reach!
Do cultivate with diligence and know what you are doing too!
