少林八段锦是少林寺众僧最早演练的健身功法之一。

双手托天理三焦,
左右开弓似射雕,
调理脾胃须单举,
五劳七伤往后瞧。
摇头摆尾去心火,
攒拳怒目增力气,
两手攀足固肾腰,
背后七颠百病消。

少林八段锦意守的重点部位介绍如下
预备式——意守丹田,宁静心神,调整呼吸,端正身型。
双手托天理三焦——意想三焦通畅,两掌上托气从关元提至天突,两掌下落气从天突降至关元。
左右开弓似射雕——开弓劲达脊背,意至食指商阳。
调理脾胃须单举——意想丹田,伸拉两胁,吸入清气,呼出浊气。
五劳七伤往后瞧——旋臂刺激手腕原穴,后瞧转动颈部大椎,展肩劲达脊背,蹲身气沉丹田
摇头摆尾去心火——摇头放松大椎,摆尾转动尾闾,呼吸取其自然,意念守在涌泉
双手攀足固肾腰——摩运膀胱经,畅通任督二脉,意念守在命门,气息沉至丹田。
攒拳怒目增气力——左右拧转脊柱,气力发于丹田,旋腕用力抓握,两眼怒目睁圆。
背后七颠百病消——脚趾用力抓地,百会向上虚领,放松肢体下颠,吸气呼气想丹田。
收式——气息归元守丹田,静养一会再还原。
