AA: Fashi, when I followed your guidance in visualization and chanting of High King Avalokitesvara Sutra, there is a warmth in and around my heart chakra.
This has never happen to me before.

What happened?
Warmth in and around heart chakra? :)
This is a kick-start or lighting up of the Heart chakra!
Filled with Dharma Joy?
In the initial stage, One experiences Dharma joy when in early stages of Samadhi or when receiving blessing from a Genuine Living Buddha or True Yogi.
In higher stages, like practicing Anu Yoga, one can prolong this Joy indefinitely with superb control of one's vital essence and Qi energy.
So when you gift anyone with this phrase [法喜充满 Filled With Dharma Joy], you know well what you are gifting. :)
Once a "heart-chakra" is kick-started, this person should be able to practice or cultivate pretty smoothly too!
Remember the ingredients needed to cultivate Buddha Dharma well?
1. Good Guru's guidance
2. Sincere Diligence
3. Boddhicitta
I would add honesty and humbleness too.
Hahaha!
WHY?
Because if you have been observant, you will understand what GM Lu meant by VM's title is nothing if the individual failed to achieve Guru Yoga!
