Sitting up straight?

As per Amitabha Buddha, Sitting up Straight or Standing up Straight is ONE!

In this video, student Lotus Adrain, said very hard to sit straight!

Now why can't you sit up straight?

One main cause is your Karmic negative  levels that caused the Stiffening of all your joints, thus comprising your ability to really cultivate well!

All are One, No differentiation.
