A Mockery of the Law?
http://lotuschef.blogspot.com/2013/09/a-mockery-of-law.html

From the above articles, D seems to be able to get the Family Court to satisfy his whims & fancies of his dictates, agree?

However, these are all "surfaces" which D threatens his children and ex-spouse with.

Let us explore these further, shall we?
Please bring along your Fundamental from Buddha Dharma learnt.

Question: What consideration were taken into account before the Court grants D's wishes of force eviction of his ex-spouse and children in her custody?

Question: The previous summon that D took out more than 2 years ago, for him to have sole charge of selling the matrimonial property, seems not too good after all these times as he is unable to do act at all?
Or his appointed agent also unable to act at all?

How come their failures were blamed onto the children and the ex-spouse?

Now that he turned about and wants to vent his wrath on his children and ex-spouse, the Court readily acceded to his demands?

Didn't the Court have reference materials at all, before actually satisfying D's demands?

Wow! Money Talks?
What happen to Humanity or compassion for fellow living beings?

Should the Court not consider the fact that D in being unable to sell the property and blamed others in Court, is actually using the Court as his assassin to "kill" his family?

What Guarantee should the Court demand from D, if his demands cause harm to his children and ex-spouse?

Evicting Forcefully his ex-spouse and kids from the property, without due consideration of their survival, I am sure, this is not what a Just Court of Law will do or sanction, agree?

After the eviction, is D given all the time he see fit to dispose of the property?

He has 2 years and shouldn't the ex-spouse be also given the same to sell the property?

What if the selling of property is just a false front?

D's intention is to bend those he considered as disobedience, and he or his agent is unable to sell the property or don't intent to even try to sell the property at all!

Should the Court not rethink upon this matter?

Throwing his ex-spouse on the streets, seem to D to be of utmost importance, as his lawyer's words... stigma from this....

He believes that being thrown into the streets will bring about extreme shame to his ex-spouse like his threatening that if she don't cooperate with the Sheriff when they come to evict her, she will be punish by imprisonment.

Dear all, isn't imprisonment a form of shelter?

When one is made homeless, doesn't Prison sound like Heaven?

Hahaha!

My youngest asked me, does the Court plan on sheltering us within the Court's premises, when they grant D's wishes?

Yes! I would very much like to know what the Court has planned as shelter for us, when they granted D's demands?
Or all these are D's lies only?

The Court is more wise and just, in actual fact?

Cheers all
