A instructed his lawyers to take out a Summon against B, purpose to take complete control of selling a jointly owned property. A also complained that B did not cooperate with his appointed estate agent.
Question B asked in Court: Can the said agent produce his telecommunication logs to show the Court that he did try to contact B but failed?
The Court granted A's demands.
However, the lawyers copied all their petition onto a document alleging it to be the Court's Order.
Some of these items, the Court said: No Ruling.
When B highlighted these to the relevant authorities, the Court went to clarify the order.
The lawyers were not penalize for their dishonest action yet again.
Yes! This is not the first time that the so-called Court order contained items that the Court did not approve or rule on.
2 years later, A took yet another Summon, complaining that B did not cooperate in selling this property! A also complained that B did not cooperate with his appointed estate agent.
Question: What does Complete Control means?
Question: Once agin, is there concrete evidence of the estate agent really doing his job?
Question: Is the estate agent truly professional enough or competent enough?
Question: A has Affirmed in Court that he is the one that is competent and managing finances and business well, why always make complaints that are not substantiated with SOLID EVIDENCE?
Question: The lawyers got away countless times and this made them bolder to work out more lies to hurt their client's opponents?
Now what should B do?
1. B got a valuation easily through good rapport build up with Financial Institution and other related sectors, which A claimed credits for all these years.
2. Getting a valuation of the property is just a phone call away, why did A keeps making such a fuss about in Court for?
3. Should B show the Court that A is the one that has been lying about everything in Court?
Now B is ordained personnel that doesn't want to let negatives escalate at all.
Showing A up as a Liar, incompetent but keep being aggressive to feed his greediness and ego, is not what an ordained person should do.
Karma is one's own!
Let A come to final "show-hand" all by his own efforts?
Hahaha! Crying wolves so many times, what if the Court put A and his lawyers through Polygraphs and put an end to all these perjurious acts!
Shizun said vowed not to take any form of legal actions against anyone, no matter the provocation.
