Lotuschef on Techniques of Chanting Guru's Mantra

I just helped AA brighten up.
actually I was pretty sleepy liao

1.I told AA to sit down and ask him to chant guru's mantra.
Then he didn't brighten up.

2. I asked him why didn't visualize merging with Guru?
he said he visualized Guru in front and like mirror looking at each other.
Then, I asked him to visualize SZ sits into him and chant guru mantra to
share light with all.

still didn't work well


3. This time I teach him to Breathe in deeply; Hold and spread out the
light; then open all pores and expel! :)

This time he brightens fast.

I also helped him by beaming energy into him thru his tianxin-forehead
or the 3rd eye chakra.

he felt warmth n perspired. His both arms damp.

I am so wide awake now after moving energy around!



I also asked him why I taught him yesterday to merge first n then
share light andshe didn't do it?

he said just guru mantra only!

I said he should make a habit of merging with Guru, then light up and
share light, then chant mantra, silently and tongue to roof of mouth,
move air or qi around efficiently!

I can say n he can do it anyway he wants!!!!

HEadache! hahaha!




ZZ: Aha, i remember liao, this is what Fashi taught us during our first meeting in Jkt.
