About 5 weeks after refuge, I completed my voluntary work at a local monastery's kitchen and went to hall where there are 3 statues of Buddha.
Someone told me that the centre one is Sakyamuni Buddha; on his left is Bhaisajyaguru; and on his right is Amitabha Buddha.
I sat down with my 108-beaded chanting beads and start to chant Guru's mantra, then I change to Bhaisajyaguru's mantra.
I have not learn much on invocation and visualization.
Just happily chant a few rounds of each yidam.
Just into the 3rd round of Bhaisajyaguru's mantra, with my eyes closed, the Lotus Throne of Bhaisajyaguru lighted up in 3 levels with golden characters in bright milky light background.
It came fast towards me!
I was shocked and opened my eyes.
Nothing!
As I closed my eyes again, it has disappeared.
Hahaha!
Some unfathomable experience!
I have great affinity with Bhaisajyaguru as I am medically trained. :)
