What did I picked up? 

Guru explains again the requirement for 3rd level Abhiseka, both male & female cultivators need to be physically present for this empowerment.

This is mainly for the practice of Anu Yoga and ultimately leading to highest level of yoga, Ati Yoga. 

Also both have to already cleared 2nd Level, which consist of Inner Tantra.

When someone claims that he has already received 3rd level Abhiseka from Guru and he needs a female consort to practice Anu Yoga with him, Guru said do not believe him. 

This person is out to cheat you for sexual gratification only. 

3rd level Abhiseka also cannot do so Astrally, must be physically present with partner of opposite sex.

It a very interesting and hilarious speech.
