All of us in True Buddha School are called lotus children.

Now how to cultivate to unveil this lotus child in all of us, that is all beings too.

I remember telling Student R to try and forget all he had learned so far from Taoist; Sutrayana; Tantrayana; ....

Hahaha!

WHY?

If we study new born and very young children, we find they don't have the complicated mindset of older children or adults.

Guru said we have to cultivate and become PURE in order to attain Buddhahood.

Student Z, told fellow students that he has chanted many mantras of a multitude of Deities/Divinities.

Is this what a pure and innocent child would do?

That is chasing "something" at the same time in more than one direction.

If  Z and Y were to start building something of their choice, Z chose to start building more than one but Y only want to concentrate on building one sturdy and efficient premise.

Y will complete faster then Z, and also produced better quality product than Z.

Z obviously did not heed Guru's advice to concentrate on One and that is the 4 Preliminaries Practice to start with.

Try and weed out sentient materials that you do not need gradually and make your daily needs as simple as possible.

You will slowly get into the Mindset of a child.

You will find that you laugh more often and heartily too.

Buddha teaches us how to find happiness and share that happiness around with all.

Heard of : Laughter is infectious?
