Doomsday Predictions

Since we are living on the southern continent of Jambudvipa and the southern side of Mount Meru is blue, this explains why the seas around and the sky above us are blue. The shine of the blue lapis-lazuli reflects on the marine waters in front.
Upon hitting the surface it reflects and appears in the space above. So rather than there being something blue above us, the space appears blue because of the reflection of the lapis-lazuli of Mount Meru's southern side.

Francesca Poon someone monk said that the sun will disappear for 3 months this year and that is doomsday! but scientist calculated that the sun will disappeared for 3days towards the end of this year. some said 21 dec 2012 is the end of the world. What did GM said regarding this topic?
Nino Candra Ahahaha doomsday or not, not a big problem. He emphasized on the actual and constant cultivation. On the note, I read somewhere that even Jingmu said that shouldn't be a problem. Still, that's a funny calculation that we'll have a full three 24-hour nights. Looking forward to the actual event :D

Doomsday?
What accurately defines doomsday?

I am sure each individual have their own perception of Doomsday!
For a monk to give prediction of Doomsday there is really something out of sync.
WHY?

For a true yogi/cultivator, he/she realized the Truth of the Universe. Buddha also shares the theory of Life & Death which in Truth doesn’t affect One’s Inherent Buddha nature.

That is to said, Doomsday or not, Truly doesn’t matter to a True Yogi/Cultivator.

This monk obviously is not a True Master and has yet to cultivate towards that level, do you agree?

In Tantrayana, there are many divinities that can divert/transform natural disaster and calamities. One of them is Kalachakra, who derives from Sakyamuni Buddha.

This monk’s predictions gave rise to a chain of actions by ignorants who believed him and started preparing for Doomsday.

Some of them started spending spree as they believed that they have limited time to spend their money. To them, there is no point in saving for a rainy day anymore or setting aside reserves for their senior years.

Some up and sell their assets too, and give themselves whatever they think they need to enjoy their remaining days.

What Karmic negatives created by the Monk’s prediction will eventually be added to his tally and I sincerely hope he won’t be send to Timeless Hell or Vajra Hell.

Don’t worry about Doomsday if you have been listening to GM and cultivating diligently. Read Nino's and Junhao's sharings, therein lies the answer too.
