This is classified basically under Resource Path.
We wholeheartedly offer many variety of the best to all Buddhas; Boddhisattvas; Dharma Protectors; & all Deities.
Everyday we do Mandala Offering, this is many times of Mandala offering in one go.
We in turn receive blessings or empowerment to clear negative karma, our path also become smoothen. We fall ill less, got cheated less, our disposition increase in joy, we also become more wise gradually.
During the procedure, there are other benefits which involve cultivating internal system. This have to reserve for those that are physically present because there are certain points one has to know when cultivating Internal system, and most important GM's empowerment is needed.
For beginners or even those that have taken refuge for many years but have not cultivate diligently, I humbly suggest you just consider the Fire Puja as cultivating Resource Path which is equivalent to preforming Mandala Offerings many folds at one go.
GM said to clear our Karmic Negatives first and cultivate accordingly from Resource Path to Preliminaries, .....etc.
A gentle reminder, try not to expect any returns/rewards from cultivation. Just do and dedicate to all sentient beings.
