Taking Refuge - Guiyi

K told H that her dog barks in the early hours of the morning disturbing the neighbors & causing a lot of unhappiness all around.
H took a look at the photo of the dog from a mobile phone, then put a finger on the dog's picture.
She chanted the 4 refuge vows.
Then she tell the dog to behave as it is now a TBS Dharma Student & a Buddha's disciple.

Well, this works! Showing us GM can reach across the universe to bless & for refuge taking.
We just have to trust GM, that's all.

In the previous article, I share visualization of bardo delivery of a dead dog.

Well to further enhance our deliverance, we can also visualize Refuge taking.

Visualize GM & all TBS lineage, then Buddha, Dharma & Sangha beams light into the dog filling it with immense light. Then you chant 4refuge vows.

The dog can transform into a lighted mass & ascent the lotus to Pureland.

Try it out, have confidence in what GM teaches us.

GM will complete the procedure with the help of Dharma Protectors.

Today I would like to share with you all something that most of you overlooked or never think to use. HAHA!!!

All of you have this with you.

LOTUS!

What? Where?

The hand you use to form GM's mudra -- the LOTUS mudra [your LEFT HAND]!

Haha! am I right? you never think you can use it?

Sometimes for quick deliverance, form the Lotus mudra & send a dead dog you saw lying by the road upwards. Chant GM's long mantra 7 times. Visualize the dog on a lotus & moving upwards. That's all!!!

Viola!! you have done a good deed & this is BODDHICITTA!

Practice your visualization technique & you can do speedy jobs at any time.

Cultivation is not about locking yourself up somewhere for hours.
Doing a deliverance as mentioned above, you are cultivating also.

A cultivating yogi cultivates non-stop and response to situational changes easily without much effort to share Dharma & happiness all around.

I will share more visualization techniques I know with all.

3-6-2011 往生了-冤亲没了吗? Dead - Karmic negative no more?

I have pondered for quite a while before writing this article.

I am sorry to disillusion those that wish their Karmic negatives dead, so all debts/negatives cleared away!

They can still come and collect from you anytime, this lifetime or next or subsequent ones too until all debts are cleared.

To truly clear all negatives with anyone, SAY SORRY or FORGIVE COMPLETELY!

HOW???

Well, first thing is treat them as yourself.
Then you help to clear their karmic negatives by saying sorry to those they have wronged.
Then you help request for Bardo deliverance from GM or Amitabha Buddha.
When they & their foes are cleanse & in Pureland, then you truly have let go of past unhappiness.

Wishing your enemies dead is not the way to go.

As spirits they can easily come & get you anywhere anytime.

Some articles in this blog are about some that pass away but didn't go to Heaven or Pureland as promised by those that did the ceremonies for them.

They come back to their relatives to ask for supplies.
If you owe them, they will come & Haunt you until you pay up what you owe them.

Haha! yes! this is what Haunting is all about too.

We often do bardo deliverance of animals & etc that makes up our food supplies.
During cultivation, we also visualize deliverance for those Homeless Spirits.

Why then, we can't do the same to those that have wronged us???

Pluck out the thorn from your heart & throw it away now!
You have no Negative against anyone & you will continue to say sorry to those you owe as well, until they forgive you.

Offering lotuses & etc continuously until they hop on & leave for Pureland.

Simple to say, I already forgive those that wronged me.

But from your actions & speech, they are still very much the THORNS in your heart.

6-realms vajra mantra mandala
For those that were present at the fire puja whereby I shared the visualization of this one, I shared with M, the girl with 3rd-eye.

Guess what?
The lights are Rainbow colored!
Recall the article Tainted Food?

When I teach LT to visualize rain like white light from Universe giving offerings to all beings of the 6-realms, she said rainbow lights not White light!

Well, offerings that transform to whatever you desire, therefore for all sentient beings, it's as colorful as the Rainbow!

Similarly, chanting {ah he sha sa Maha} which is of the 6-realms, will also generates multiple-colored lights when the mantra wheel turns.

Anyway, for ease of visualization for group cultivation, GM said to visualize White light will do.

For those who has the mantra wheel mandala, have you been doing your homework?

2-6-2011 Self healing 自疗

Haha! This might sound bizarre but I decided to share.
Please seek Medical Attention as well!
I am medically trained so had herbal remedies too.

I caught this flu bug. So I drank cooling herbs. Cough lots of thick yellowish phlegm too.
Went to sleep at about 11pm.

At about 3am. I started to shiver non-stop.
I curled up and huddled under the blankets but still didn't help.

Seems GM reminds me about cultivating internal system & moving energy around our body as well as in & out of our body.

Hehe! I forced myself to concentrate & breathe in deeply. Visualizing drawing Universal energy into my body & spreading all over then out through skin pores bringing along the flu virus out of my system.
This energy is in light form & bring along heat energy too.
My whole body's temperature get even out.

Took 3 deep breath & visualization & the shivering stopped.

I don't know what to say but "GM, I Love You Very Much!"

Dear all, I also promised to share Nine-steps Buddha Wind 九节佛风 with all during cultivation sessions.
What I did above is a variation of this technique.
I will post schedules once we are settled into new premises.

See how good is GM's technique? When we grasp the Basics we can then vary as per situation requirements! This is what GM said in Sydney last October - situational responsive actions 任運
